JBC (Scotland) Ltd was founded 6 years ago by Philip Jones and Richard Barnes both of whom where senior executives with Karl Construction (Scotland) Ltd.

With over 60 years combined experience in the construction industry they where well placed to use their experience and knowledge to provide the service required to our clients.

The company has grown steadily since inception with our turnover now approaching £5m.

We have an extremely successful track record covering a wide spectrum of market sectors from leisure, health, education, commercial and retail.

We have recently set up a subsidiary company FMR (facilities) Ltd to provide a dedicated small works service covering projects with a value up to £100,000, JBC (Scotland) Ltd will concentrate on projects from £150,000 to £1.5m.

We will soon be moving to larger offices at Dunfermline to help cope with our increased work load and also aid our expansion programme.
